We begin with an initial meeting where we understand the requirements of your business. Our team members offer various expertise and extensive experience in security, data, and electrical installations and will advise you, so we create the optimal system for you.
Based on our dialogue, we will prepare an implementation plan for you. When you are satisfied, we continue to the agreement.

Preparation
Based on your company’s needs, we have prepared an implementation plan containing a range of products in the initial phase. In the preparation phase, we develop blueprints and program your products and ensure that they are delivered to your address. The products will be ready for direct installation upon our team’s arrival.
INSTALLATION
Our team arrives to your location to install and implement your chosen system with minimal disruption to your daily operations. Our security technicians will quality test your new system according to our agreement and in accordance with applicable guidelines and standards. Finally, your staff will be trained in using your new system.
SUPPORT
Our clients have access to 24-hour support. You can quickly and easily create a support ticket via the TPA Portal or contact our emergency hotline outside regular hours.
Our Support service also provides you with troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and ongoing upgrades.
